End User Licence Agreement (EULA)
This agreement is between you ("User") and FaEr ("Licensor") for the use of CineVault (the "Application"). By installing or using the Application you accept these terms.
1. Licence
The Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Application for personal, non-commercial archive management on computers you own. A licence key is for one person; you may not share or resell it.
2. Free edition and Pro
Without a key the Application runs as the free edition and you may add up to 250 titles. A valid licence key lifts this limit (Pro). Pro covers the use of this version and later updates; all updates within this major version are free.
3. Restrictions
You may not reverse engineer the Application, bypass licence checks, make or imitate keys, copy and sell the Application or offer it as a service, or use it to distribute unlawful content.
4. Your content
The Application only lists and plays files on your computer. It is your responsibility that you own the content or have the right to use it. We do not access your content and do not provide any.
5. Third-party services and components
- Film information comes from TMDB, OMDb and subtitle services used with your own API keys; complying with those services' terms is your responsibility. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.
- The Application includes FFmpeg under LGPL 3 as a separate program. Its licence text comes with the Application, and for the source code see ffmpeg.org or write to destek@faer.com.
- The Application contains Electron/Chromium and other open-source components; their licences are in the licence files in the installation folder.
- Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+ and similar brand names and logos are registered trademarks of their owners and are used only to say where a file came from. The Application is not affiliated with those companies.
6. Disclaimer of warranty
The Application is provided "as is". No warranty is given that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. Backing up important data is your responsibility (the Application has a backup tool).
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, the Licensor's total liability is limited to the price you paid for the Application. It is not liable for indirect damages, data loss or lost profit. Your mandatory consumer rights remain.
8. Termination
If you breach these terms your licence may end. When it ends you stop using the Application; your archive (on your computer) remains yours.
9. Refunds
Refund terms are in the Refund Policy at https://cinevault-66n.pages.dev/legal/refund.html.
10. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the law of Turkey; the competent courts and enforcement offices of Turkey has jurisdiction. As a consumer, the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your place of residence remain.
