Refund Policy

CineVault is a digital product: once your payment is confirmed, your licence key is delivered by email and the product is ready to use at once. Refunds are not given once the licence key has been delivered.

Try it before you buy

That is why CineVault has a free edition: up to 250 titles, with every feature, with no time limit. You can see there whether the product suits you before you buy. Write to destek@faer.com with anything you want to ask.

Your confirmation when you buy

When you ask to buy, you state that you know and accept that the product is digital, that the key is delivered at once and that no refunds are given after delivery. The key is not sent without this confirmation.

Mistakes and faults

• If the key does not reach you or does not work, we will help until it is solved or the price is refunded: destek@faer.com.
• If something is our mistake, such as the same payment being taken twice, the extra payment is refunded.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not limit the consumer rights that are mandatory where you live. If the law gives you a right of refund or withdrawal, that right stands above this text.
